Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and the service operator. You agree to these Terms by using or accessing any part of the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We recommend reviewing these Terms each time you access the platform.

Account Creation and Responsibilities

Accounts require an email and password; you guarantee the authenticity of all information provided. You are fully responsible for account security and usage. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized activity. All actions under your account are your liability.

Permitted Uses and Restrictions

You may use the service only for lawful activities and in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized activities include hacking, spamming, or posting unlawful content. You must not bypass technical protection measures. Violations can result in immediate suspension.

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to operate the service. We may modify, display, and distribute your content as needed. You represent you have the rights to grant this license. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

Pricing, Payment, and Billing

Details of paid features and pricing are available in your dashboard. Fees are billed in advance and due upon receipt. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Non‑payment may lead to service suspension.

Auto‑Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can disable auto‑renewal via account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Refund policies are detailed in Section 7.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for technical failures that preclude reasonable use of the service. Requests must be made within fourteen days of payment. Refund decisions are at our discretion after verifying the issue. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Major changes will be announced at least seven days prior. No compensation is due for changed or discontinued features. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice will be given when feasible. Account termination does not relieve you of payment obligations. Surviving provisions include disclaimers and indemnities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest degree permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months prior to any claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, which may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the provider’s jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved first by negotiation, then by binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs unless the arbitrator or court decides otherwise. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder stands.
